Kowalski — Restaurant in Zurich

Basically, the menu cards are (almost?) the same as D-Vino, but less people in Kowalski. The food is OK, but nothing special. Tapas are fine to accompany your drinks. You need to order/pay food and drinks at bar. The food will be brought to your table. Friendly service and wines have rather reasonable price. Bedienung war sehr unfreundlich und arrogant. Als ich ihr gewunken habe, weil ich nach dem Getränk fragen wollte, hat sie mich erst ignoriert und beim zweiten mal vorerst nur "Bestellungen an der Bar" gesagt. Ich musste sie stoppen um ihr mitteilen zu können, dass ich dies bereits vor 20 Minuten gemacht habe und ich auf mein Tee immernoch warte...Sie wirkte auf mich nicht so als ob sie diesen Job gerne macht. Vielleicht war sie mit der Vielzahl an Gästen (ca. 30 Personen Gruppe) einfach abgenervt. Ich war nicht die einzige, die das so gesehen hat. Wir waren selbstverständlich angemeldet und das ganze ist passiert bevor unsere Gruppe vollständig war...ich habe sonst sehr viel Geduld und Verständnis, weil ixh selber Jahrelang bedient habe, aber diese Art und Weise mit dem Gast umzugehen habe ich in der Schweiz noch nie erlebt..Lokal war sonst...
