McDonald’s — Restaurant in Zurich

I regret to report a deeply troubling experience at this particular McDonald’s location. Upon entering the establishment, my party and I encountered an individual who, in a clear display of discriminatory behavior, forced us to vacate the premises while we were waiting for our order, despite inclement weather conditions. This occurred without any legitimate reason and left us standing outside in the rain, subject to humiliating treatment.

Such behavior, especially in an environment that prides itself on inclusivity and customer service, is both unacceptable and deeply concerning. The individual in question displayed a level of disrespect and discrimination that has no place in any establishment, much less one that serves the public.

It is imperative that businesses uphold standards of respect, equality, and professionalism in their treatment of all customers, regardless of background. This experience has left us questioning whether those principles are being adequately upheld at this location.

We urge McDonald's corporate office to investigate this matter seriously and ensure that all staff are held accountable for any actions that violate the basic tenets of customer service and respect for...

This McDonald's was actually tasty. I am from America so this was definitely amazing during my visit here. Service was great we had dine in. Ambiance, well, it's McDonald's so you can't expect much but it did the job. One thing that really pissed me off is that when I entered the McDonald's I took a picture of the atmosphere and menu. The manager and worker of the place were extremely pressed because they thought I was taking a picture of them without consent like be foreal right now. I am a tourist, I'm not taking no pictures of you and your manger. I'm legit taking a photo of the Switzerland McDonald's and your blowing it out of proportion. They were so pressed they went through my phone and then made me delete any photos I took of the McDonald's. It's not that deep because it's just McDonald's and pictures, but the fact that you had to go through my phone and see the pictures for proof that I wasn't taking any photos of any of them was truly silly. Even though none of them were in the picture they made me delete it. I obviously respected it because at the end of the day I am a tourist but this was not nice at all of them...

I want to thank the staff at this Mac Donald. I placed an order upstairs and the computer didn't set table service. The operator who was passing by to go downstairs took charge of bringing the food to my table. (I'm so sorry I couldn't read the name, but she's a beautiful woman, dark, about 1.65m tall. I hope it can help you understand the operator).

exactly 4 minutes passed, and cristian came up with my royal bacon with Coca-Cola without ice, in a welcoming and kind manner he wished me bon appetit and I really appreciated it.

I would hire these operators to work with me and pay them very decently for the work they do for the companies.

as a good restaurateur here in Zurich I would give 27 fr per hour for the effort and work these people do. I hope the staff earns well because they are very excellent for this type of friendly and informal service.
