Lady Hamilton's Pub — Restaurant in Zurich

Popped in here on a Saturday evening around 6pm, looking for drinks and food. Asked to be seated on the rooftop area. Ordered 2 drinks and asked about food for the waitress to point to a QR code. Although the rooftop is nice, there is absolutely NO view of the city at all, it looks onto the back of an office block. Waitress stood by the till the whole time we were there, on her phone gave us no acknowledgement didn’t come back for a food order. My husband asked for a small glass, she was rude handing this to him. The massive bar had about 6 people in it..on a Saturday night??? We decided to down our drinks and get the hell out of there!! We felt really uncomfortable! The Nelson next door was jumping! People out on the street and full pub. You seriously need to look at the rudeness of your staff and your business model! Definitely...

Racist bouncers

This is my second time coming to Lady Hamilton’s on a night out. My friend had a reservation celebrating her birthday. Bouncers said my friends and I couldn’t get in because it was full and then proceeded to let others in (men too). I told them about my friend’s birthday reservation for 30 people and they said to tell her to come down to the door. She did and they still wouldn’t let us in stating that they will only allow who they want in.

Before leaving I saw a two guys arrive and be questioned at the door. They let the white one in and denied access to the black guy.

I don't even know where to start.... I used to go to Lady Hamilton's Pub but what happened on Saturday night makes me wonder what's going on with the staff (security people).... I was beaten by a man just 3 weeks ago in front of the security guys, it all happened so fast and the police came and took care of it....

After the incident I stopped going to Lady Hamilton's Pub and went back on Saturday and the security staff want us in because they want to wait for the investigation!!! Please what? You don't have a view in the records.... what do you want to wait for? My case could be cleared up faster if you had fixed the security cameras!!! I am so disappointed by your way of proceeding! Shame on you and you will never see...
