D-Vino — Restaurant in Zurich

D-Vino became our favourite bar in the last couple of times until today. We ordered some drinks and 2 Tapas (Olives and Cheese) and we were served half empty dishes (the olives you could count with your fingers and the cheese were only 5 very small pieces). When we asked the servant the south east asian guy (i think he was Indian) he said that he always serves the tapas like this, when we said we saw other tables who were served full tapas dishes his answer was (this is the boss who served them and he does what he likes, me myself i do it always like this). I mean sorry 5.50 CHF for 8 or 9 small olives and 6.0 CHF for 5 small pieces of cheese is way too much. We told him to inform his boss who was behind the bar about our dissatisfaction he said he is busy now and he can’t talk to him. We will think twice before going...

D-Vino was our partner for a virtual corporate wine tasting event. Anita was very responsive, flexible and detailed during the pre event planning. The fulfillment of the wine kits to attendees was flawless. The event itself was very well received. I love going to D-Vino, I have been going there for years…. I also love the atmosphere, the wines and the food. However, since a year maybe two, they have a new waiter at this location near Bahnhofstrasse who absolutely hates people. He is arrogant, pressures people, sometimes even decides for me when I ask for recommendations and has culturally a very low opinion of women, especially women...
