"We (a group of 5) took a quick drink around 18:00 and left because the table was reserved for others. It was a horrible experience. I orderd a drink and they said we needed to leve in 30 minnutes because of another reservation. It took them 20 minutes to make that drink and get the rest of the group a beer. So when I finally got the drink, with 10 minutes to go the server showed me her phone and said I needed to be gone by 10 minutes, twice the time it took them to make it. I find it absurd, extremely slow service.
When we returned around 01:00 to meet another 6 people, we only orderd water because we just wanted to look at the view and say hi to the other people, also we had enought earlier that very same night. After 1-2 minutes, we changed our minds and decided to just go home because it was late and we had a big day tomorrow.
This is when things got weird. We told the waitress that we just wanted to leave and not order anything, after all it was just water. This had never been a problem before, but when we said we wanted to leave, they started lying. They claimed that we had booked a table and when we told them that was not the case, they threatened to call the police and said that they had filmed us with hidden cameras. They said "either pay 5.5 CHF per person for water or we will call the police to arrest you so you can spend the night at the station nerby."
The only positive thing was that this conversation was held in a polite manner, without any yelling or rudeness for either party. Still, I've never had anyone threaten me with the police before. I'm shocked to this day, and it was 5 days ago. This is after 11 years of going out in 49 different countries, extremely weird.
In short, don't go here. Worst...
Read moreAlright let’s start by the bad side that made me give 3 stars:
I was surprised by the fact that it seems like there is a dressing code, alright how was my style then?
Pretty chill jogging pant(Hugo), sneakers(Nike), polo(Boss), I was looking for a brunch so as it was not written in their booking platform that we should have a certain dress code it was a surprised for me.
I mean when you get welcomed by yes you do have a reservation but « this » will not work, it destroys directly the welcoming strategy of the establishment.
Surely right after the waiter did let us in myself and my girlfriend, and honestly I didn’t really get while looking at people inside why my style was an issue but that’s I guess a matter of taste or was it something else? 😅
Definitely after that the welcoming got already -1 from myself.
The brunch itself, you have to choose on a list of things that you have on the menu, you actually build your own brunch, don’t expect to have something already all prepared for you, that’s definitely something on what I was a bit disappointed. When I’m thinking about brunch, I am actually expecting to have a menu that contains the brunch as a composition of different food, unfortunately that was not the case.
The view is surely nice, but I would not say amazing so hence why 3 stars.
The waiting time was ok.
Food was definitely ok too.
Hence why here 3 stars.
I believe that if they are precise on the dress code to apply maybe on their platform it would be very helpful to enhance their...

It is a good bar with a good view of Bahnhofstrasse and fair drinks. I visited here three times, but the last time my experience here was so disappointing, that made me left a comment here and I don't think I will visit here again.
Even though we had a reservation, and we showed up on time, we were initially seated in a non-reservation area. When we asked if we could move to an empty reserved table, the waiter became visibly unhappy, but agreed anyway.
We then ordered two cocktails without any food, and this upset the waiter so much. He came over and told us a lesson, that "he didn't know where we were coming from," but in all the restaurants he knew, a reservation meant a reservation for a meal, and a meal must include food, dispite of this "restaurant" being actually a cocktail bar to us. He also asked us to order at least 50 francs of food, or he would unfortunately charge us 50 francs service fee per person, according to the rules listed on the reservation website. Unfortunately, these "rules" don't seem to exist on the English site (I don't understand German well, so I didn't read the German site).
Luckly, these threats didn't really materialize. We didn't want to waste any more time in this sad place and rushed to an end to our "meal", spending only about 99 francs for two. A waitress much nicer took care of our bills without any...
