The worst experience in Zurich Our visit to this bar was extremely disappointing due to the rude and unwelcoming behavior of the staff. We initially asked at a nearby restaurant where to find the elevator to reach this place. Upon arriving, there was no one to greet us, and after waiting for five minutes, we decided to enter and ask for a table.

The waitress ignored us and went to clean some glasses. When I approached another waiter, he accusatorily asked who had let us in, clearly showing they did not want to welcome us. Despite there being three free tables, we explained that we were two people and that our partners were parking and would join us soon, so we needed a table for four. They directed us to a table for two instead.

Shortly after, they came to ask if we wanted to order drinks, insisting that no one else would be coming because the downstairs area was closed. However, our partners arrived just one minute later. At that point, they told us that they were closing and we couldn't order any drinks. This unpleasant situation, marked by the staff's rudeness, ruined...

What an amazing place! The views are spectacular to say the least. Definitely not a cheap eats and drinks place but it's worth shelling out the cash for the experience. It's a very chill place, great for a cocktail or two. Older crowd with a few younger patrons during the evening. I must say, unfortunately my first visit the server I had (Brunette) was either having a bad day or hating life. She was so miserable during the service. Maybe they need to hire more help to relieve the employees who can't handle the stress during the busy hours. Fortunate enough I decided to give it a second chance and my new server (Curly Blond) was very delightful and courtious. Other than that place is amazing! This had the potential to be a wonderful experience. It was single handedly spoiled, however, by the one female server (a permanent member of the team according to the photo outside the bar) who never cracked a smile, treated us like cattle forcing us to sit at at table we did not want even though we were the first to arrive and the place was empty. We had planned to order food and several drinks but her unfriendly attitude and the undesirable table location in the hot sun made us want to leave as soon as we finished our cocktails which were very good but enormously over-priced. If you want to see the view and avoid dealing with all the unpleasantness, you can walk around the tower undisturbed for free on the level below the bar where the elevator...
