I like their Mango Chia but I agree with other people’s review here about the staff. The lady working there is super unfriendly, rude and always shouting at her customers. I gave it a chance after the first two times, as they were very busy.. Yesterday was the 3rd time; there was not a long line, but as always, the lady’s attitude is a big NO for me. She is not even saying a simple “Hello”, “Good morning” and no “Thank you” at all. I wonder why is she even working in service. What a shame as their products are good, but the quality of service will be the reason people won‘t go back. A little smile and respect won‘t cause her anything. Been there 6 Times in 4 weeks (over the 4 Week Christmas Holidays) And I enjoyed every time. I Always ordered the Carbonara.

The price is reasonable, 12.50 Francs, and a free drink to come with it. The average wait time is 2 Minutes, the actual meal itself is delicious! Even if it might not be 100% traditional Carbonara.

The staff are Very kind and helpful. The only complaint About this place, is that it only seems to be open during the week, not the weekend. A minor complaint though, but as I soon go back to school, I may have to wait a while to go back.

Great concept. Nice change compared to the usual food offers in HB. I have eaten here a few times and the noodles have got to be changed. They are fresh to cook quickly but they are too heavy and dense for pasta which dampens the experience. They need a simple noodle that isn’t so heavy.

Love the noodle soup. Light, great thin noodles and only 5CHF. Comes in a coffee cup so great to take with you.

The pomodoro sauce is simple and tasty. The carbonara is really nice as well. Could be so great if they would improve...
