龍昌小館 — Restaurant in Hsinchu

Their steamed dumplings are gigantic and filled with pork meat. Great value at seven pieces per order for TWD 120. Ordered two this time round as was only looking for a quick refuel.

Past visit(s): tried their ham shredded pork fried rice and pot stickers; both were excellent.

The fried rice was very flavorful had a good balance of meat, egg, ham, etc.

The pot stickers were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. A tad bit oily but it is the nature of the pot sticker so it's not really a minus against their version.

They offer an extensive menu of dinner dishes which you may be interested to try. That's not really my thing, so I just go there for the dumplings, fried rice, and pot stickers. On my way out I noticed they offer uncooked pork cabbage or pork leek dumplings at TWD 5 per piece with a minimum order of 50 pieces.

位於 #巨城百貨 附近的巷弄 有一間從大學吃到現在的 新竹龍昌小館 生意興隆 而且物美價廉 樣樣都巨大 最著名必點的招牌菜 絕對是 #鍋貼 #蒸餃

鍋貼一份都是10顆 千萬不要任意嘗試一次點超過10顆 除非你的目的是鍋貼吃到飽 🤣 店家的鍋貼簡直是巨無霸 超級大顆 比起八方XX 四海XX 簡直小巫見大巫 重點是 外皮煎得脆脆的 一口咬下 可以吃到飽滿的內餡 豬絞肉 高麗菜的香氣十足 剛煎好上桌的鍋貼 實在美味無法擋 我們一家三口咻咻一下就吃完惹～

蒸餃 也是不容錯過的菜色 簡直不像蒸餃 是大湯包了吧！ 一籠七顆 而且一樣巨無霸size 咬下去 濃郁的湯汁溢出來 滿滿的餡料 真的是大大的滿足 超級美食推薦 👍

#IJKfamily 吃了這兩份主食就被撂倒🤣 但是還是點了其他菜色搭配 鮮炒菠菜 K難得愛吃自己狂夾 菜脯蛋 雖然現在鬧蛋慌 但店家無偷工減料 一盤美味的蛋上桌 超香超好吃 也不會太鹹

另外也要推 #韭黃牛肉 龍昌小館的韭黃炒得比較有脆度 咬下去不會軟爛一下子就化開 搭配嫩牛肉 帶一點沙茶和醬油提味拌炒 醬汁不搶走主菜的風采 也不會太重口味 將將好的好味道 IJ非常喜歡
