Bar清溪 上善若水 — Restaurant in Jiaoxi Township

I had a really good time even though I was alone, the drinks were great and it feels especially comfortable when talking to the other service staff, Sylvia as well as the bartender(Sorry was not able to get the bar tenders name) Super friendly service

Although my command on mandarin was not great... the bar tender really did try his best to converse with me in english! 😂 I do highly recommend it if you're nearby and looking for a place to chill and drink they do serve food too but I was not that hungry so I didn't get any 😬 nevertheless do give this spot a try

This is such a nice and lovely place to enjoy some of the best cocktails that I have had the chance to enjoy here in Taiwan. The place is in the heart of Yilan province yet quiet and absolutely stunning if you like classy retro relaxing atmosphere, and some exceptionally well made cocktails each with it's own story and unique local touch and this is coming from a bartender with nearly 10 years of experience ;-). Can't recommend this place highly enough, an absolute must see if you're down this way at Yilan. Food was also awesome, udon and chicken wings are absolute banger dishes. Five stars for this Yilan bar and restaurant, not just because they have a ceiling (which is definitely a plus), but because their drinks and dishes make you forget ceilings even exist! Every visit here, the bartenders seem to read my mind, mixing up concoctions that hit the spot every single time. The service? The staff are so warm that you feel like the VIP of the evening, even if you just shuffled in wearing flip-flops.
