The owner converted this two-level house into a cafe. He put much thoughts into the design including serving food in onsen wooden container n towel, changing the decor according to season n Chinese lunar yr eg sakura in Spring n this yr is rabbit so we saw many rabbit decor. Cakes n drinks r v good. If u happened to b in Jiaoxi, recommend u can take a break there. Owner also made their own plum wine (v nice) n he also gave us mulberry milk. The single origin coffee is superb 👌, with biscuits aroma, orange after-taste. The barista is very skillful providing personalised latte art. You may ask the barista to make the latte art you like. The desserts are so tasteful. The Basque cheesecake made from Hokkaido cheese with melt in mouth texture and medium sweetness. Giving you the great enjoyment accompanys the beautiful coffee. All staffs are very knowledgeable in various aspects of coffees. They are very passionate in providing the greatest hospitality. This is one of the best Cafes that we have visited around the world. Interesting cafe. The owner was friendly and introduced us their home made cheese cake, which was good. Smooth, thick and topped up with a tangerine slice, which was interesting. The latte was served in an onsen bucket, which was creative and kawaii. Nice bodied coffee. The cafe is uniquely decorated with lights, lanterns and paraphernalia of Japanese summer and onsen theme.
