Absolutely the best beef noodles I’ve had in Taiwan (and I’ve had A LOT). The broth is so savoury, full bodied without being too salty and full of umami, the noodles are soft and a little firm (which is also perfect for me!) and the beef…. Omg, THE BEEF. Succulent, TENDER juicy beef FULL of flavour.

I will be a regular every time I visit Yilan.

Their beef is super tender and tasty.

I'll recommend spicy soup (紅燒) for winter and clear soup (燉湯) for summer. They add miso to the spicy soup which adds a very nice flavour.

Their golden egg (黃金蛋) is a must try. Very good.
