Went to try this as a local told me about it. I was full but I bought the origin flavor sandwich to keep in the fridge for breakfast the next day. It is 4 triangle slices of bread with a thin layer of ham in the middle and 2 very thin layers of egg. It is slathered with butter cream so no wonder people say it is delicious. It cost 23ntd. I would say to skip it. It is a bad sandwich. More of a pretentious finger sandwich one would have with expensive milk tea at high tea. More sweet than it is savory. I went to visit this bakery as I heard it is one of the most famous in Taichung for their sandwiches. The price is 30N$, which is fair I believe, even though the quantity seems to be lacking. I tried the jam and cheese, and the peanut and cheese. The latter's taste was not what I expected, so I cannot say objectively that the taste was good. This brand is very iconic in the Taiwanese culture. If you are a major foodie person, please include this on your list to do or eat.

We got a big box of their signature sandwiches. It has ham and egg with their classic buttery cream all incased with their fluffy white bread. It is absolutely DANGEROUS LOL! It’s so fluffy and light you can loose track of eating the whole box. Best part is the price, it’s so affordable as well. I can’t wait to try their other products on my way back to the airport.
