這次在水仙宮市場裡閒晃，意外發現一間隱藏版的小攤「吉慶行」。它不是那種讓人一眼就注意到的熱食店，也不是那種現場就能坐下來吃的攤位，比較像是專賣早市買回家吃的那一種。攤位上擺了不少餅乾、糕點、布丁，還有水餃之類的食品，走的是實用又懷舊的路線。

原本沒打算買什麼，但看到擺在前面一籠籠的水晶餃，皮透透亮亮的，看起來Q彈可口，就臨時起意買了一個來試試。這個水晶餃的外皮真的很Q，帶點彈性，吃起來有點像是熟悉的粿類點心，偏向台式傳統風味。內餡是鹹中帶點甜，有肉絲、還有些細碎的蔬菜與調味，整體口味簡單卻很耐吃。

吉慶行雖然不是觀光客會特地搜尋的名店，但如果你剛好逛水仙宮市場經過，不妨注意一下這種默默擺在角落的攤位，有些傳統點心意外...

在市場內的好美味! 要找一下但是很值得去探險的好地方!!

各式各樣的傳統點心，牛舌餅、綠豆糕、蛋黃酥、鳳梨酥、鹹糕等等， 我們是衝著布丁去的唷!

布丁很不錯口感綿密，蛋黃香很不錯，可以推薦! 一個25元買5送1，也可以單買。

杏仁豆腐，我也覺得很可以推薦耶! 他沒有添加很多吉利丁，吃得到粉粉杏仁的香味跟口感， 大大一個才25元!也太划算了吧!!!

在國華街美食攻擊之下，來點冰涼的甜點也是很不錯的!!!

其他東西看起來也不錯吃，下次還要去攻略一下!!

我猜營業時間應該是跟著菜市場走 ...

近期多次出現在臉書推薦文章裡，藏身在菜市場內，附近不好停車，建議從民族路步行進來比較好。 因文章爆紅的緣故，怕買不到，所以一大早就前來購買，布丁都還是剛出爐的溫熱狀態。 老闆娘說，最近大家都是來買布丁的，在我之前已經有人來購買過了。 布丁是應家人要求買的，但更讓我有興趣的是其他古早味的點心，琳瑯滿目非常多樣，尤其是那一盒馬卡龍，看起來就很可口。 由於布丁尚未完全定型，載運的途中，又經晃動，底下的焦糖都有些混上去了，看上去有些不雅，但好在不影響口感。 這種傳統布丁，味道很香，口感很像蒸蛋那樣滑順，同時也不會太甜。
