Uncrowded at lunch on a Friday, but can be crowded during events at the convention center. Good social distancing possible, unlike at the buffet at the same time, so a good alternative. Prices are a bit high for a pub/coffee shop, but the lunch specials are more reasonably priced and excellent. The grouper was wonderful, and the salad bar is worthwhile. Club sandwich is enormous. Iced lemon tea was worth mentioning. Very convenient location.

A bit poor service, many gaps to improve. I arrived to the bar and nobody's hosted me so just went to a empty table which is ok. I've waited for around 5min but no service neither menu so I didn't know what they have, called the waitress and asked for a beer. It took a bit too long but nothing out of the SOP they have, close to the 5min, I would like to have a coaster under my drink though. To ask for the bill was another challenge, after few minutes chasing the service I just went to the cashier to sort it out. I believe they were crowded and with not enough service staff, if I'm not wrong there was 1 server for the whole bar+terrace which is not really a 5* service, waitress was very diligent and the bartender/manager as well. Good stuff the live music, it gives a good vibe.

5 stars for atmosphere, 3 stars for food (for the price), 3 stars for service. Ordered a salad and an entree... salad came at the same time as the entree... This is the first time I've encountered this at a 4 star establishment. They need to train the kitchen or staff better. Food was just average for the price you are paying for. The dish I ordered was not authentic at all: a watered down version of the original dish missing key ingredients. Don't think I will renew my membership this year...

The location is great and the seating area is spacious, though the brightness is rather dim for our dining experience here. The foods are okay, but considering their price, the quality is not as good as expected. Juices are freshly squeezed and they are the most satisfying experience we had here. The service speed is great since we told the staff we are in a rush. Online booking during weekday has 10% discount in March, but the staff forgot about it so we spent extra time to re-proceed the payment.

I've been forward to dine in here for long, since every time I came to Hyatt and the leaked of basa nova and jazz live music always grab my attention. This time I went to have breakfast, ordered the coupon ticket menu with a little buffet included. The food taste real good and with pretty great portion. Furthermore I'm totally fond with their window seats and great view and sun. It's just a great way to spend a Sunday morning!

The quality must have dropped to the bottom over the years. Once a most frequented cafe for fast Chinese and western food, the kitchen seemed to lose talented chefs and service is almost non existent. Ordered a beef noodle and it took 35 minutes to arrive only to as the noodles put overtime all stocked together at the bottom of the bowl. Tragic 🥲
