An excellent experience overall where you shop for the seafood you like in your hotpot, then you pay for your desired items, and they deliver your seafood to you at your table with your choice of mild vegetable broth or numbingly spicy broth. While the staff setup and heat your respective hotpots, you are free to partake in buffet style unlimited beverages, rich pork sauce rice bowls, your pick noodles types and flavors, as well as concoct your dipping sauces with condiments. I particularly love the Japanese style soy sauce with sā tsá sauce and minced garlic with a sprinkling of cilantro! The ambiance is lively and adjacent to a calming fountain pool at the foot of a beautiful Japanese cherry blossom tree! On the other side of the cherry blossom wall is the location of both the men's and women's wheelchair NON-accessible restrooms as well as a wheelchair accessible restroom to the right of the men's restrooms. I've ate at a plethora of hotpot restaurants in both the USA and Taiwan, and this experience was by far the most professional and courteous due to attentive wait staff, diligent used utensil collection off your tables, and constant replenishment of all-you-can-eat staples such as pork sauce rice bowls, various noodle packets, and coffee cups and beverage glasses. Initially, I was shown to a table for two that was dirty and not ready for new patrons, so upon voicing my compliant to the wait staff, he immediately summoned the shift leader in all black dress shirt and black slacks. The shift leader apologized for the messy table, showed us to another clean table, delivered us our respective hotpots and seafood purchases, then was very attentive with our table's cleanliness throughout our meal. He was professional and courteous throughout the evening, and even allowed us to stay after closing time for my wife and I to enjoy our conversation and discussions. Even though this is my first time dining at this hotpot restaurant, I will definitely return for future dinners with colleagues, family, and friends. The best part is since you have already prepaid for your seafood items, they will pack up your leftovers for you to take home after your meal! At other hotpot buffets, you are not allowed to take leftovers with you...

This was the first hotpot restaurant we dined as a big group of 17. Luckily they had enough seats for us at the basement. Quick hotpot lesson: First step is to choose the soup base, here they have chicken, pork, beef and spicy. Second is to get your frozen meet, toppings and carbs like noodles. Third is to cook all of them. While waiting, I also blended my dipping sauce for use later. Fourth, eat, enjoy and repeat as needed. Your done! I chose spicy as my soup base, added several trays of frozen meat and toppings. They have a huge selection of thinly cut meat and toppings some of which I am not familiar with. They also have cold drinks, hot coffee and even ice cream vendo machine. I'm proud to say my choices proved to be delicious, not too spicy, not too bland, no single ingredient overpowered the rest. I actually skipped noodles because I'm avoiding carbs. Service was superb, they tried to explain...

1.現在有： 送生魚片*1(小份)招待。

2.「不排斥獨行客」： 想吃薑母鴨， 1個人也能放開來吃，想吃就吃👍！

湯頭極佳， 筷子夾起料來即吃讚！ 白費了🙈當初裝滿滿的醬料碟......

3.🔺用餐時間：注意！ 20:40撤自助區， 21:00打烊。(不會趕客人唷㊙️！)

A.想來的人客別害羞， 「直接走進來👣」即可。

B.門口服務員「會適當引導💁」。

C.實際店面在「地下1樓🏠」： 「隱密+冷氣涼＋通風」+「環境舒適新穎」。

地下室： 「相對僻靜卻沒有壓迫感」。 空調很「涼爽+通風良好」， 完全「沒有火鍋店太多水氣充斥空中+氣味過濃」的問題。 很厲害！

小結： CP值高，吃到飽+品質OK。 環境舒適寧靜。 現在消費「👍送1小盤生魚片+50元折價券」(下次可用)。 生魚片普通， 勝在心意+免費。(台北生魚片價格.......)

1.吃到飽🍽️： 「食材新鮮+多樣」。 「肉類、海鮮、火鍋料、麵類和甜點」應有盡有， 說不上頂尖，但「絕對值回票價💯」！

更有象徵「財富自由的白雞蛋🥚」。

A.「肉類🥩」： 拆分包裝，「自取+乾淨」。 並有細分和部位「圖解說明」， 等級符合此價位。

B.「海鮮🦐」： 最令我意外的品項，一定是本店「CP值最高」！ 「螃蟹🦀、魚片🐟、花枝漿、蛤蠣和蚵仔」等等， 很多選擇+無限取用！

C.「火鍋料」： 另類回本之道㊙️， 有「許多高單價火鍋料」，超值。 「蟹條是高檔貨」，與外面廉價蟹條不在1個檔次。

2.「台式湯頭」：用料實在，湯頭夠味！ 對我來說， 也是這間店最吸引我的點。

A.麻油雞： 外面的麻油雞：❌小碗又不純正， 1小碗即逼近破百+有些偏鹹， 吃完有一定機率造成身體負擔。

(1)無限量供應「麵線」！ 在後面「隱藏區㊙️」， 隱藏區有：「甜湯、滷豆腐、滷筍子」唷。

(2)⭕這裡湯頭厚實純正又大鍋， 不夠可以💯「自行添湯🫗」！ 店員「會主動觀察，詢問是否補湯💯」。

(3)有「提供漏勺💯」： 在醬料區， 「店員會先主動告知並取來給客人💯」。

(4)「會觀察離桌客人的瓦斯爐💯」是否運作正常， 有注意到我的瓦斯爐的火沒開， 其實是後段時， 我吃差不多了，暫時自行熄火。 「觀察+服務迅速細心」，讚！

(5)「補貨、收盤也很快速💯」。

B.薑母鴨：必推！ 薑母鴨好吃，外面的也不差。 但❌外面單點附餐價格極貴+必須多人成行！ 「這裡無此限制」， 「用餐環境又遠勝外面的薑母鴨店」。 更有多種食材和點心等選擇。

湯頭： 自帶「紅棗數顆+鴨肉數塊」， 喝起來味道純正好喝， 出去真的會暖和不怕冷！

C.第3種湯頭未研究。
