The Raptor Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Arusha

I feel bad about giving it such a low rating because of the kind staff but the pizza was the worst thing I’ve eaten in my life. They use a pre-made supermarket base - which was heated but somehow rock hard. Like my teeth were literally hurting while eating bread! I knew it is going to be bad so I got a Margarita to play safe - it was fresh tomato, cheese and avocado??? Zero seasoning. I had to put lots of salt and pepper on it - I never ever do that. The tomato had no flavour and the cheese was like plastic with even less flavour, sorry! I can’t believe I ate some of it but after a long day I couldn’t be bothered anymore to argue and send it back.

I came early and a lady with a bowl cut took my order she was not helpful at all and lied about the waffle being 2 whole ones when it was 1 waffle split in 4 pieces. I had to make her clarifynfor that info so i ordered pancakes and it was small and she didnt offer any syrup. So i go to my car and get jam and peanutbutter on the table and sat there reading for 8 minutes before eating. When i started to eat and put on my condiments she cones to say you can't have any outside food and insay do you want me to choke on my food cause its dry then she offers syrup. Best coffee shop in Arusha. I had to use the WiFi for a super important Zoom call and the speed was better than any hotel or internet cafe. Not only that, but when I had a technical issue signing on in my phone the owner lent me his laptop for over an hour! Really above and beyond service, and a genuinely good person. And btw, the coffee and cookies were to die for. Can't recommend...
