Bloomin' Moon Hostel, Chiang Mai Old Town — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

The second time I came back, I felt more impressed than the previous time because I had been here in 2022 and received poor service from a grumpy waiter. The food decoration looked ordinary, but I tried to open my mind and come back again. This time, everything has improved a lot. Both the service, the appearance of the food, and the decoration. 🥰🥰🥰 I was very impressed, but I deducted 2 stars for the staff's haste in collecting the plates. I was still sitting at the table even though the food was finished or almost finished. The plates should be collected after I left the restaurant. I felt that everything seemed to be rushed. Or in rushing to ask for my order (while standing to order at the counter), which was when I was thinking about what menu to choose. I think the staff should have more sense or space to make customers feel more comfortable. That they don't have to rush to order and eat food. Another thing that I was not impressed with was the arrangement of the shoes of customers who received service in the hostel. I was sitting near the entrance. That person was taking off his socks. With the angle of pulling the socks off his feet, I felt that the socks were close to my face as I was sitting and eating. Which I understand is a personal matter. It has nothing to do with the restaurant, but as a customer, I felt that it really ruined the dining...

This is the kind of places I will remember forever. ✨ As soon as I arrived I was welcomed with the most sweet and genuine smile of Chana, the owner, and her staff who are so professional and friendly, everyone speaking really nice English. The Female Dorm is the most cozy dorm I have ever stayed, with all the details one girl can dream with. Outside the room a sofa and a living area only for girls. Loved it. Downstairs one more living room with a lot of light, chairs and tables ideal for work, and even some books. The Restaurant has the most delicious food in town, a mix of Thai with western food, with such a look that everyone takes pictures of the plates. It’s always full. SWEET PERFECTION! Enjoy a menu of delicious drinks made with care and precision. (Pastries like cheesecake brownie is yum also). Yard well decorated with calming plants and seating. KEY NOTE: there are unique fine mist sprinklers in the air to keep you cool on hot days! Drinks come with a tiny sack of cashews too. 😋 #1: Matcha Yuku Sparkling drink

Chana is a charming owner with great grasp of English. The hostel has a 2nd floor workspace should you want to be inside with air conditioning. Perfect place to take a walking break or gather with friends. One time I was on the road (not trying to be a customer) and I saw live singing, guitar and instruments.
