Great Food and Atmosphere
Had the buffet dinner and the Movenpick Chiang Mai and what makes this place great other than the great food are the friendly staff who try to accommodate you and explain everything to you in detail.
The best station would have to be to our pleasant surprise the which is the local Thai vegetable “stir fried” corner manned by a great chef named “Nu”
Also a special shout out for the great service provided by “Bird” who is not only very fluent in English but also like his name serves with grace and elegance and is extremely attentive to the clients’ needs. Thank you for the great service and keep up the great work.
If i would make two small recommendations they would be first to add more international foods that are none pork that can accommodate a wider clientele who might be looking for beef or seafoods and wanting other varieties. Nevertheless 5 stars and would recommend to anyone near...
Read moreWe stayed at the hotel and ate breakfast/lunch/dinner in this hotel-run restaurant. All staff did look after us very nicely. They remembered my Accor membership member after my first visit and then we enjoyed all the members’ benefits during our 8 nights stay.
There were plenty of choices for buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. Noodle bar and BBQ bar offered cook-to-order dishes. BBQ Meat was juicy and tasty with delicious dipping sauces. The restaurant offers fresh tropical seasonal fruits and good freshly ground coffee daily. Mook, Earn, Tum and all others did look after us through our stays and thank them so much.
Personally, I prefer lunch a la carte menu that have better food presentation.
The service was very good. The restaurant looks dated. If they refurbish the restaurant, I will...

We went there for breakfast two days and it was only $8 cdn per person. The restaurant is very clean and they offer a buffet breakfast.
There was a lot of Chinese options, which to me appears to be more lunch or dinner meals.
They did had western options that included toast, French toast, an egg bar to make his eggs your favorite style, as well as a fruit and juice bar. The juices were not fresh fruit juice, but rather a concentrated blend.
Overall the place was a great breakfast option, reasonable prices and decent selection for food. Very similar to a Buffett at an all...
