The Best Smash Burger in Bangkok: A Flavorful Quest for Perfection

Bangkok is renowned for its street food, vibrant flavors, and innovative culinary scene. But if you’re a burger aficionado, you know that finding the perfect smash burger in a city brimming with options can be a delightful challenge. For those who aren’t familiar, a smash burger is made by smashing a ball of ground beef onto a hot griddle to create a crispy, caramelized crust while maintaining a juicy, flavorful interior. In recent years, the city's burger scene has exploded, with several places serving up their take on this American classic. After my own "search for the best burger in town", God's Holy Spirit led me on a random walking tour of sukuhmvit apparently to find an amazing smash burger.

🤤Easy Burger is top choice and is located in the heart of Sukhumvit, quickly becoming a local favorite for those who crave a delicious smash burger. All burger patties feature a perfectly crispy crust and an extremely thin patty, topped with melted cheese, fresh lettuce, tomato, pickles, and a tangy house sauce. But, if you want to design your own burger you can, just tell them what you want. I two burgers lol, a double cheese angus beef burger with bacon and a side jalapeños, and a Blue Hoo burger, which is your standard blue cheese burger with some beautiful accouterments. Packed with flavor but my favorite is the double cheeseburger.

The buns are soft and lightly toasted, offering the perfect balance between texture and flavor. What sets Easy Burger apart is their dedication to quality ingredients, ensuring that each bite bursts with flavor.

Hey, you must try them all, especially the Double cheeseburger" with extra bacon! Why not, right. If you have the appetite, go for it.

The staff are friendly, and the store hugs the sidewalk of busy Sukhumvit, which adds a nice touch of self entertainment if you enjoy people watching

I'm hoping that my experience is the exception. I came to have a burger based on all the 4 stars and above reviews. Unfortunately, I did not experience anything shared by those reviews. My review is strictly on my order of regular hamburger set with fries, and a drink.

The fries I had was fine. Concerning the hamburger, it was ridiculous in what was prepared. It may be difficult to see in the picture, but the meat patty was flattened to less than a couple of centimeters thick. The meat was overcooked, to where it was "crispy". It seems that, perhaps my particular order came at a time were leftover patties from lunch needed to be utilized. It's unfortunate. There was pickles, mustard, and ketchup. No lettuce. Perhaps the "regular burger" does not come with lettuce (I don't recall). I hope management will improve and create a standard of quality in your burgers regardless of the time and day that an order is fulfilled. Feeling the urge to give a feedback since you seem to response to every review. Local Bankokian here. It's my second time visitng Easyburger. First time I went to Onnut branch several months ago. I am a regular customer for nearby burger joint. I like to get a good burger after a long gym session.

Today I decided to give Easyburger another try. Overall, the smash burger tastes pretty good like before but it didn't really satisfy me. I think the main reason is that a single patty for smash burger is not enough. Smashed patty is thin, so a double patty should be encouraged for better burger experience.

You could argue that I can pay extra for that double patty. Well, the total cost for a meal of double patty burger would be 440THB. For a white collar worker in Bangkok, a set of burger for 440THB is too much.

So I would appreciate if you can offer some kind of promotion for double patty burgers. Each patty could be a bit smaller. Will definitely come back if the price is...
