✨ after visiting several food courts in Bangkok, we concluded that this is the cheapest food court in Bangkok. We ordered 7 different dishes + drinks to try and it cost us only 265 baht in total! 🤯 ($8.17 / RM34.75)
✨the food court was easy to navigate as all the stalls were located in one corner of the top floor. Get one of the cash cards at the counter to pay for your food.
✨ Thai style papaya salad (som tam) - only 34 baht, pretty good! Spicy, sour, appetizing!
✨ Pad thai Hoy Tod St Louis - pad Thai with prawns (52 baht) - this was just average for us, as the prawns were pre-cooked in advance so it was cold. I think our local Thai restaurant in KL does a better version.
✨ Rice with stewed pork leg with roasted pork + egg (52 baht) - just looking at the huge pot of pork leg stewing away is enough to make my mouth water. Pretty solid, loved the gelatinous pork skin. Yum.
✨ mango sticky rice (35 baht) - this was really yummy. Mangoes were ripe and sweet and rice with coconut cream was perfectly balanced. Only complain was that the mango they gave us looked like it was missing the top and end, compared to the ones on display 🙄
✨ coconut ice cream in coconut shell (28 baht) - this was the BEST coconut ice cream we had throughout our trip. Can choose one free topping and we went for the coconut jelly. This version also comes with the coconut flesh which made this extra yummy. Highly recommended 💯
✨ fresh coconut (39 baht) - super sweet and refreshing! surprised that it’s so cheap, even cheaper than those roadside stalls.
✨ Thai crispy pancakes (25 baht for 8 pieces) - first time trying this and loved it! It comes with different toppings like Sweet Egg Yolk Threads & Cream, Salted cream with Coconut flesh and Salted coconut with dried shrimp. Great snack!
✨ don’t miss this food court if you are in the area! Good food at great...
Read moreFood Heaven ! It's the Best place in the world. All famous street food are here in one place with Air Conditioning and clean place. Price, bravo! You can't find food anywhere at this price, Guarantee! Every stall makes good food. If you don't have much time to wander around the city, this place gives you everything. It's popular, it's busy. Everyone can't be satisfied particularly in rush hours like lunch time. It's so busy because there are office buildings in the area.
My favourite food here are :
(1) Sticky rice with yellow mango. The sticky rice here is one of the best sellers in the city.
(2) Tom Yum noodles is delicious.
(3) Stewed Pork Legs on rice (Kao Kha Moo) is delicious.
(4) Roasted duck with egg noodles or with rice and prawn dumplings are delicious.
(5) Somtam is absolutely delicious but it's a long queue 😟.
(6) Massamun Curry with chicken. If you like creamy curry. One of my favourite Mussamun curry in Bangkok. But if you like creamy curry, the dish from this kitchen might not suit your liking. The curry here is light, but nice.
Tips: Try to find a seat before buying coupon and food. It's waste of time to buy coupon before getting a seat, I sometimes feel give up and leave. Take some invaluable items with you that you can leave on the table to book the seat such as a shopping bag or umbrella or a book.
I find it very frustrating to carry food tray around to find a seat. It's so busy and take time to wander around and your food can be less warm and you might not enjoy it.
