Our experience was Korean food at its best. The amazing explosion of different flavours and textures of superbly cooked food is a pleasure to indulge in. Portion sizes are amazingly big and unbelievably reasonably priced given the quality of what you get. Our visit on a Saturday at about 5:30pm saw it reasonably quiet but I am reliably informed that there are sometimes queues to get in here! Staff are very attentive and helpful and certainly add to the experience. The restaurant itself is located up two flights of escalators at the end of the right hand corridor. I ordered a dish with fried pork and got delivery. But most of them were burnt and too oily. It seemed to be intentional even though they knew it was really bad quality when they cooked and delivered it. After we called the restaurant and explained the quality, they told us not to change oil because they were busy. and sent it again. Frankly speaking, the taste of pork I got secondly was also so strong to chew and too tough. I don’t want to order any dishes any more although I have lived in Bangkok for a long time. I had an amazing dining experience at Jagueumsong in Korea Town! The food tasted incredibly authentic, with the Black Bean Noodles and Sweet Chicken standing out as absolute highlights.
