A mixed experience here. The pad thai was very nice (and seems to have come from the other (connected) restaurant down the road). However, the khao soi was average at best - the chicken was soggy and didn't taste fresh. It may not have been a coincidence that we had a stomach ache the next day (though obviously can't be sure it is connected). The service was very poor too - there was no greeting and no menus were offered. We sat at a table unsure whether or not to order at the counter. They serve mainly Khao Soi but you can also order stir fry dishes from the adjacent street corner stall ( the popular Krua Khun Phuk) for a mix and match meal. Their Khao Soi gravy has the faint but unmistakable coconut aroma and is robustly spicy. The chicken drumstick was not quite fall-off the bone while the noodles were cooked slightly al dente (the way I like...
