Yuna Sushi exceeded all my expectations. The sheer variety on the menu was astounding, and the extensive sake selection was equally impressive. I opted for a 300ml bottle and decided to enjoy half of it as hot sake, which paired beautifully with the sushiālike garlic to prawns.
The freshness of the sashimi was unparalleled, tempting me to call for the menu again. Even the wasabi stood out, authentic and far from the generic ātoothpasteā variety often found elsewhere. By the end, I left feeling a little tipsy, but my palate and stomach were happily dancing the bachata.
The staffās teamwork and warmth added to the experience. They even involved me in the traditional greetings for every guest who arrived or departed, making the atmosphere lively and authentic.
While a tad pricey compared to Bangkok standards, the quality and experience rival that of Japan. Iād return in a heartbeatāthough Iāll skip the sake next time during the day! Highly recommended for an authentic...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA well decorated Japanese theme restaurant with a Shushi Counter Infront.Service is friendly and nice, and place is very clean. Nice ambient to dine in.--4.5* The foods here is very average consider the prices they are charging. The Shashimi Moriawave is of low quality fish and cut are thin.Prawns is abit fishy--2.5* The grill beef Harani is overcooked and hard, sauce is sweet.--3* The Wagyu beef in hot plate is fragrant, steak well marble and it is tender and juicy.--5* The Ulangi Shushi is delicious,Shushi rice is at the right textures.Sauce not overly sweet, pretty enjoyable.--4* The Yakitori is bland,we need to add salt to them. They also mixed out our order and served us deep fried chicken wings instead of grill type.--3* Corkage is at 500 bath/bottle of wine, consider it is on the high side due to limited choice of wines selection. The dinner for 2 costed us 5,500Bath with sub standard...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreJust visit here after watching Hiro sanās clip. I booked Omakase 3000THB course. Thereās total 10 dishes. Yunaās omakase doesnāt served only sushi. Theyāre Kaiseki omakase. Itās large amount for one people and I canāt take this all. (A restaurant nevermind that I shared dish with my friend).
First, I love the atmosphere. Second floor is Japan style table. You have to sit on a mat. This feels so much japan.
Dishes tasted good. Fish is fresh. I donāt smell any fishy. Oysters from Hokkaido is very big and sweet and fresh. Other dishes is good too (but I donāt like wagyu roast. They served with cold cut but I think wagyu should served as hot dish) . Not wow but this is very valuable and reasonable price. I like Naporitan, itās tasty like from japanš
Staff also kind and good. They are polite and recommend food very well .šš¼
