Just off Soi 8 you would easily miss this little gem... The problem with giving excellent reviews to a gem like this is next time you come back the prices go up lol !! Probably one of the best-kept secrets in Bangkok, this little restaurant serves all the locals, and foreigners alike. The food is exceptional the real surprise is it is probably the cheapest restaurant in Bangkok also. We have been using this place since it was on the main road further up the street just past Nana station now they're down this back alley and it is just as good food, little bit more difficult to find but once you find it you will always come back again and again and again !!!! Simply put, the most delicious food I’ve eaten in Thailand, after two months spent in Chiangmai and a total of two weeks spent in Bangkok. This is the kind of food I remember from my first visit more than forty years ago (not counted in the tally of time spent here—that’s all recent, spread over three visits in the last two years).

Arrived Nana check in hotel want a real thai taste meal for dinner with reasonable price! Thanks google map bring me to Pantaree! We order 1 thai black coffee 2 thai milk tea, 1 papaya salad, 1 spring roll, 1 thai basil mimics pork with sunny side up egg rice , 1 red curry pork rice with sunny side up egg....all together 250baht!!!! What a great place make my belly and wallet happy at the same time. Plus the people working there are very nice polite and smile all the time!!!! After this place we went different place for local cheap eat including terminal 21 and food courts....but I think I shouldn’t go try any new place as this one is the best.... can’t wait to head back try their crab...
