BLESSING SHOPHOUSE — Restaurant in Khlong Toei Subdistrict

This bar itself is quite interesting. As their owner is an architect (if I’m not wrong), he designs his own bar under the creativity in a blend of a contemporary-modern aged design and an ancient Chinese style, which give the very nice atmosphere overall.

Their signature cocktails are also nice as well. One of my favourite is ‘Oath’ as it provides the taste of sour and sweet combined very well. ‘Dynasty’, on the other hand, gives the unique taste that you might feel ‘Hmmm, wait…’ 😂 Because of beef whiskey and beetroot juice as its ingredients, they are quite unique combinations. But when you have it with ‘Mala Cognac’ altogether, it’s not that bad. For me, Dynasty is an interesting cocktail.

Music here is not that bad as well. As I’m picky about music bars play, this bar play jazz, soul, and good upbeat and rhythm old-sense stuff 😌

In addition, they’ve got a good bartender who you can discuss liquors with. And they’ve got some interesting and nice liquors as well. The bartender is good enough to make me a customised cocktails. Just give him your favourite flavours, and will make it for you. The rest of the staffs are also friendly and talkative as well 😂 If you go there alone (like me), you wouldn’t even feel lonely.

Writing this as I'm enjoying my drink here at BSH at the moment. Entrance is a small alley with a dim orange warm light above the door. Do keep a lookout for Blessing's logo on the wall=) Had the opportunity to be served by Tong, Benz and Jeep. Love the drinks, atmosphere and its a cosy joint. Like some of the reviewers, you won't be bored as they will keep you occupied=) Pardon me as I'm not able to attached the name to the photos. Doesn't have the photo for lucky 3 fall, but it's their signature hence do give it a try, no regrets. Rest of the pics are the bartender's signature, namely flower tree, friendly yuzu and bee-knee (can't recall 1 of the name), but feel free to just show the pics to Tong or Benz. Such a great find in the Asok area! They offer a truly unique cocktail experience, have both a menu of classic cocktails and another one dedicated to their own signature creations, which are definitely worth trying. I also loved that they offer a wine menu! The ambience is stylish and cozy, with great music and a relaxed vibe—perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying the evening. The only thing to note is they don’t serve food or sharing snacks, apart from some peanuts and crackers. So it’s definitely a place to go just for drinks and atmosphere.
