If you’re looking for overpriced, watered down drinks that taste of flat soda with zero alcohol then this is the place for you. It’s a shame as we saw the bar being full a few nights in a row so we decided to try it, unfortunately the drinks are a complete rip off imo, they were supposed to be 40ml vodka + mixer, which were served in quite a small glass with a lot of ice and even then I couldn’t even taste the alcohol. We raised the problem with the staff but they claimed the drinks were as they should be..these drinks were extremely weak so we went to another bar just 20 meters away where we had the best...

Great live music and atmosphere. Unfortunately, my drink which was 2/3 full, mysteriously disappeared from the bar just behind me where I had been sitting for 45 minutes. The bar staff blamed the customers on the table next to me. The customers claimed it wasn't them, and to watch the staff as they would take unfinished drinks. When I asked the bar staff, they said they didn't know and it was my fault. Shame, as it was such a nice bar and would have stayed longer. Keep a close eye on your drinks and...

E' un locale che si trova sulla walking street dell'isola, come dice il nome fa angolo prima dell'unica discesa della strada. E' molto grande, può ospitare molte persone. Si sviluppa su una terrazza in legno sulla quale sono disposti molti tavolini semplici.

All'entrata c'è un banco col pesce fresco di giornata, come quello di un mercato, sul quale si può direttamente scegliere il pesce da fare al barbecue al momento. Sono presenti anche pesce spada, marlin blue, aragoste di varia taglia, granchi e calamari. I prezzi del fresco sono molto bassi, il pesce spada viene venduto a circa 5 euro/etto.

Oltre al barbecue del pesce fresco si ha a disposizione un menù sul quale ci sono i piatti tradizionali thai, fritti e pesce al forno.

Ho preso una fetta di marlin blue per 5 euro di circa 200 grammi, cucinata alla brace molto bene; la qualità del pesce è ottima, viene pescato direttamente nei pressi dell'isola il giorno stesso.

Si ha una discreta scelta anche per le bevande, si trovano le birre thailandesi ma anche qualcuna europea; evitate il vino che ha un costo spropositato.

I prezzi sono molto bassi, abbiamo cenato in coppia prendendo pesce fresco alla brace spendendo in totale 10 euro a persona; segnalo anche l'ottima opportunità di pagare con carta di credito. Peccato per la rana che ci è salita sulla gamba durante la cena altrimenti avrei...
