This is not complain this is the fact and my first experience visiting cafe terrine. Went for breakfast on weekday, carpark was indoor and easy to find , nice outdoor sit and setup, it was 7:30 and almost all the tables were available, We sat outside they got our order fast and friendly, we ordered 179 baht set breakfast, also we asked if they can replace the white bread with sourdough and they did , it was really good sourdough bread.after few mins we informed by a lady who took our order that they ran out of sausage so they can replace it with ham, I prefer sausage but since I have no choice it’s ok . We said ok and waited , it took long time for breakfast to serve since there were just 2 people ahead of us. Finally the breakfast served and it was good taste/portion even with ham ,we liked it crispy bacon potato fresh eggs but the coffee,it wasn’t as good as breakfast I prefer a little stronger it was too water down for us. I asked the server a young girl is it free refill she said yes , so we asked for refills (it’s not free refill we paid for second cup of coffee , I guess she doesn’t speak English or didn’t understand) , while we were enjoying breakfast there were some staff from building maybe not from cafe for sure , swiping leave next to us so we got some local dust with breakfast as bonus ,sure it added some more flavor. :)). If you are sensitive to dust maybe choose to sit indoor , indoor also very nice set up. After all it was a positive experience. Do I recommend this place for breakfast ? Yes but order a better coffee from menu , do I go back again ? No...

If you are looking for a great way to start your day in Bangkok in a very French stylized cafe with surprisingly excellent coffee and baked goods, this is your spot.
Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with your hotels sorry excuse for a breakfast, or some sign outside a tourist packed disaster advertising a 120 baht "Western breakfast".
This is the real deal. If you a a Thai business professional or expat professionally working in Bangkok, this is where you go.
As a tourist, you will more than satisfied with the service, high quality ingredients, and attention to emphasis on excellent coffee.
For the price of a frozen abomination of processed garbage and 10 month old coffee at Denny's back home, you can get an eyebrow raising breakfast or lunch with coffee made by baristas who respect the art.
See for yourself and you'll make it a habit to start your day...
Read moreIF you are looking for a good cafe in Bangkok, look no further all the usual classic french dishes like croque madame, plus a good range of pastries and even fresh rotisserie chicken, great for brekkies, but I expect also good for an evening meal. The service was excellent, plenty of space inside (aircon) and outside (fans) bottomless ice tea, the rasperry yoghurt smoothie I had was delicious as was the Croque Madame. They do huge bowls of coffee or hot chocolate as well. Good for kids, with colouring sheets and plenty of space, regular specials, well trained staff who speak good English and some speaking French as well. probably one of my favourite cafes I have visited, prices are reasonable as well, probably about average for a western style place, certainly not the stupid pricing most hotel cafes have, and plenty of low cost options like the weekday coffee and croissant deal for 99baht....highly recommend for...
