I was walking from the all seasons place with two big heavy grocery bags on my both arms. I arrived at 5.03 i wasnt sure what time are they closed, was just hoping to get a cup of coffee before I walked home. Once i got to the door of the cafe, there was a server standing at the front door. Seeing me with my two big bags - didnt gesture that it was closed already didnt help open the door. I had to use my body to push into the door. He was still just standing there, once i got inside he was still looking and not saying anything. I asked the cashier if they were closed she said yes with an attitude like “why was i even there”. Mind you, they all saw me standing and looking in before i came in no one signaled anything. Once they told me ‘closed’ i turned and was leaving hoping the guy server would open the door for me. No he proceeded to stand there and look and saying thank you to the customer behind me that was leaving also. I tried to open the door but i couldnt. He still didnt help so i asked can you please at least help open the door? So he did. It was all so sad because even-though they didn’t view me as a customer yet. A kindness or courtesy...

The service is fantastic every time, with the friendliest and most helpful, professional team. You can tell they are passionate about creating world class coffee and do everything to the highest standard.
With so many creative and interesting flavours to try, it's rare to find somewhere like this where EVERY drink is perfect!
The music and lighting is always lovely too, and the ambience is just right whether you're just having a quiet moment to yourself, working from your laptop or meeting friends.
