KFC Big C Rajdamri — Restaurant in Lumphini Subdistrict

I was sadly disappointed with this KFC Restaurant.

I walked in, not busy, and ordered a Zinger Burger set B109. The assistant said it would be 15 minutes, I asked why as it was quiet and he said "He's gone out," presumably the chef. I said OK and he took my money with an indifferent attitude. I wasn't offered a glass for a drink which is self-serve, I had to ask.

I waited, and many customers came in for takeaway and were served but not me. After 35 minutes, I got an abrupt shout, "Zinger Burger!!" From a girl who made no attempt to bring it to my table. Indifference again.

I collected my Zinger Burger and fries only to find the fries where cold, not luke warm but cold. I took them back, and the same girl pulled a face and then informed the chef. Around 7 minutes elapsed, and I got hot, fresh fries. In short, it took nearly 50 minutes to get a simple order in a "fast food" restaurant.

The food was the usual good KFC standard. However, the performance of the restaurant was probably the worst I have ever known from a KFC. No apologies, disinterensted staff and a chef who goes missing!!

I hope somebody goes in and shakes them up and restores the...

Very poor service. They work like a sloth. Morethan 1 hour waiting for the order. So many costumers waiting. The manager looks like doesn't care as well. Busy checking with stocks...

วันนี้ช่วงประมาณบ่าย2โมง มีเหตุการเครื่องค้างเลยไม่สามารถส่งออดเดอร์เข้าไปด้านในได้มีผู้หญิงคนนึงที่ไม่ใช่เเคชเชียร์ตะโกนสั่งออเดอร์เข้าไปด้านในรัวๆแต่พนักงานด้านในจำไม่ได้พนักงานคนที่ตะโกนเข้าไปก็วีนพนักงานด้านในแต่ตัวเองที่รูออเดอร์ดันไม่เข้าไปช่วยด้านในทั้งๆที่ด้านนอกลูกค้าก็ไม่มีเลย อยากให้ปรับการให้เกียรติกันเเละดันของพนักงานหน่อยค่ะ ทำงานเหมือนกันไม่สมควรถูกพูดไม่ดีค่ะ ฝากปรับปรุงด้วยค่ะ...
