I'm surprised to see the average ratings this spa has received. Over the last 4 years visiting Bangkok, my partner and I have come to this spa every time, multiple times within a visit. At least for the massages, We've had their "Signature Massage." It's been no less then perfect! The massage therapists incorporate a mix of deep tissue, Thai and stretching. Obviously, the massage will be tailored to the customer preference. Other massages are also available.....(stone, Swedish, Thai) in addition to other spa services.

What makes Thann special is the atmosphere. It's decorated with dark earth-toned colors and art work. It gives you a sense of security, comfort and privacy as if you're in your own cocoon. The music allows you to mellow into you're own state of mind. The staff are also very pleasant and helpful.

Prior to your massage, you're able to choose a scented oil that will be used on your skin. Afterwards, some fresh fruit will be offered. If you book an appointment Monday through Friday between the hours of 10am and 2pm, a 20% discount will be applied. I suggest booking an appointment with Mr. Ad. He's incredibly talented and skilled.

Good product but disappointing services. It took 30 min to make payment which we already made the package choice online before head （there were 5 of us). The package was 30 min shortened as described, the first response was consultation time was counted, well your inefficiency counted?! One of us paid extra to length the 90 min to 120min to match the group end time, so the second response was becos we were late. WE CALLED and your people said OK TO COME BY AN HOUR LATE. And if you cannot entertain us finish after 120 min why you accepted my friend to length to the extrs 30 min to120 min? What a mess! We expext the upper management for an explanation. Please no more disclaimers at online reservations as that cannot save you from accepting the extra time...

I went there a day before to make a booking for the following day at 5pm. They asked me to make a deposit. Ok fine. Even asked for me to come 15 mins early. So the following day I arrived at 4:45 to be told that my appointment was made for 6:30. 6:30?! That's one hell of a jump! I even showed the staff the card the appointment was written on and he receipt. They said sorry it's their mistake. They'll call a therapist from another branch to come over, they said should start by 5:05. It didn't start by 5:05 but instead started at 5:30. Look, you messed up. At least tell me truthfully how long I'm gonna have to wait. I even paid the damn deposit. Here's the kicker: they didn't even offer a discount! The nerve. Good product though,...
