I recently dined at Famtime Italian Food in Siam Square, and it was an absolute treat for the taste buds. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: • Truffle Pizza: This was the star of the meal! The truffle aroma was rich and indulgent, perfectly complemented by a thin, crispy crust and gooey cheese. Definitely a must-try. • Salmon Space Pink Sauce: The pasta was creamy and flavorful, with the salmon adding a delightful freshness. The pink sauce had the right balance of tanginess and richness. • Grilled Vegetable Salad: A light and refreshing option. The smoky flavor of the grilled vegetables paired nicely with the tangy dressing, making it a great starter. • Sweet Potato: Simple yet satisfying. The sweet potato was perfectly roasted, soft on the inside with a slightly crispy skin, adding a nice contrast to the richer dishes. • Ravioli: This dish was comforting and hearty. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the filling was flavorful and well-seasoned.

This place becoming one of my favorite spots to eat in Bangkok. Everything always tastes fresh, most of the dishes we got end up either pretty decent or extremely delicious. Our table staff name Mint is way too friendly, she provides efficient service with great smile all the time ☺️

Salmon pesto pasta and Salmon kee mao pasta are absolute divine. Make sure to request Pappardelle pasta with kee mao! Chewy texture on pappardelle goes perfectly with spicy herbaceous sauce. Salmon here always cooked to perfection. Crispy skin and medium temperature inside.

As for pizza. Truffle pizza seems to be the most popular amongst Thai locals. It was delicious but not nearly tasty as Carbonara pizza. Much more hearty and more satisfying.

Price is not as high which is fair compared to great food with fresh ingredients.

The wait will always seem to be long at this location but queue usually moving quite fast.

I usually a regular customer to this steak place but yesterday (17/05) we got an awful bbq pork steak. We liked it and ordered it multiple times! But never this hard and chewy. It disappoints us very much. However, the girl at cashier handle it the worst like paying no attention to the complaint. We did not even hear her apology. She acts like she doesn't even care if customer experience from a shitty food the day. Worst experience ever after so many times! The person was never take it serious about the food quality, putting bad image to the restaurant's customer service. If you don't have a service mind, don't work in f&b industry. I know that customer is not the god and u have to pleased them every time but at least apologize and take some action would leave a great impression instead of ignoring them. Now we have to reconsider if we want to go back again. It used to be our favorite place to eat. So...
