It started out magical, then slowly slid down hill. The 4 different hot pots is delightful and the bear melting to form my favorite.

The tableside experience is wonderful, the food is delivered to the table, so make sure if you're in a group, you pay attention! The veggies and sauces are from a separate buffet.

All the meats, seafood, and sushi were top notch.

Make sure to arrive at least 90 minutes before they close, because they start shutting everything down 50 minutes before they lock the door.

First to go are the surgery drinks. Every beverage option is calorie packed and disappear first. Water is available, but it costs more snd we got a 1 bottle for the price of 2....

Last call for the kitchen is 35 minutes before they close and the arrived 30 minutes before the posted closing time.

We picked up the second bottle of water we paid for as we were leaving as we paid for it...

Perhaps because there were many customers, the customer service was very disappointing.

The induction stove at my table wasn't working properly and I was tired of waiting, so I told several staff members several times, but they only told me to wait more and no one responded appropriately. It happened repeatedly.

They didn't do anything for more than 20 minutes so I had to repeat my request.

I was stressed because my daughter ate uncooked food. After several requests, the table was moved by my request. and induction cooking was possible on the new table without having to wait even a minute.

What was stressful for me was that none of the staff responded properly and I was so stressed out that I lost the will to eat. I didn't even hear a word of apology from any of the staff. I lost my desire to eat in this, so I paid without proper eating and left the...
