Visited their branch at EmQuartier previously and decided to visit this branch which was their biggest outlet (if I'm not wrong) Upon entering the cafe, the sweet aroma of their freshly made bread fills the atmosphere, drawing you deeper into their cafe 🤤 The aesthetics for Mil Toast House is pretty similar throughout their branches, which gives off the minimalist vibes with light coloured wood accents. The cafe was nicely decorated and we had the chance to sit at the counter area, where we get to see the staff busy preparing the bread 😍🍞
We ordered their brioche buns to try this time round and just a friendly note that their brioche bun is quite filling. Do not underestimate the portion of it because we could not finish it in the end 😂 The buns are usually served on a wooden board and for their brioche bun, it's serve in those bamboo/wooden steamer baskets which I thought was quite cool. Their brioche buns were soft, fluffy and airy - which is perfect for kids since its easy for them to eat. It comes with butter on the side as well if I'm not wrong. Overall, the bread was quite flavourful, but we still prefer their signature french toast with ice cream as it had the perfect crunch to it with every bite. On the hindsight, Mil Toast is a bit more pricey so do be prepare to spend a bit at this cafe. Would definitely recommend to all those bread lovers to give it a try, or if you're around the area at Siam and want to find somewhere to chill for a snack break, come and try...

Mil Toast House TH is a cozy bakery located in Siam Square, Bangkok. I recently visited this charming place and was delighted with the ambiance and the quality of the food. The bakery has an inviting aroma of freshly baked goods and butter, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
I ordered the Butter Toast with Vanilla Ice Cream (365 THB), Cereal Toast (380 THB), and 2 Hot Latte (260 THB). The total bill came to 1,105.50 THB, including a 10% service charge.
The Butter Toast with Vanilla Ice Cream was rich and decadent, full of buttery goodness that paired perfectly with the creamy vanilla ice cream. The Cereal Toast was equally satisfying, with a nice crunch from the cereal and a delightful buttery flavor. The Hot Latte was smooth and flavorful, with a beautifully designed foam art on top.
One thing to note is that the portions are quite generous and heavy due to the amount of butter used. Each order is perfect for sharing between two people. The live baking in the shop adds to the wonderful atmosphere, and the smell of fresh butter and bread is simply amazing.
Overall, Mil Toast House TH offers a great experience with delicious food and a pleasant ambiance. Highly recommended for those who enjoy rich,...
