Hongdae Buffet Siam Square One — Restaurant in Pathum Wan Subdistrict

I recently visited Hongdae, a buffet restaurant in Bangkok, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. My friends and I opted for the premium buffet, and it was truly a feast for the senses.

The restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere, with modern decor and comfortable seating arrangements. We were greeted with a smile by the friendly staff and were promptly seated at our table.

The variety of food on offer was truly impressive. The side dishes, in particular, were fresh and delicious, and there was a great selection of vegetarian options available as well. But the highlight of the meal was definitely the pork dishes. The meat was succulent, tender, and packed with flavor - it was some of the best pork I've ever had.

The service was top-notch as well. Our glasses were never empty, and the staff was always on hand to help us with any questions we had about the menu. The chefs were also constantly replenishing the dishes on the buffet line, ensuring that everything was always fresh and ready to be enjoyed.

Overall, I would highly recommend Hongdae to anyone looking for a fantastic buffet experience in Bangkok. The quality of the food, the variety on offer, and the excellent service all combined to make for a truly memorable dining experience. I look forward to my next visit and trying out some of the other dishes...

I have a serious question to the owner of this restaurant. Are you going to lose billions of dollars if a customer who went to your restaurant changed their table after the table number was printed on bill? This restaurant has the WORST OF WORST staff. A lady who seems like a senior for all the staffs came up to me with WORST AND DISGUSTING attitude and said " no no no no way, you have to use the table we have given because its already printed on the bill" after I moved all the dishes I ordered to another table which was more spacious BECAUSE the given table by the restaurant was congested (for 3 people). Didn't even bother helping to move it back. I left the restaurant without eating because I lost my appetite. Restaurants can only be successful if you have customer satisfaction. Your restaurant lacks it. I would seriously give no stars if that option was available. 1 star is more than enough. This restaurant's staff is a BIG SORE L. ต้องขอโทษทางร้าน ที่ให้แค่1ดาวนะคะ แต่ไปมาแล้วไม่ประทับใจเลยค่ะ ปกติแล้วเราเป็นสายกิน ชาบู ปิ้งย่าง หมูกระทะ ลองร้านใหม่เรื่อยๆ ร้านไหนอร่อยแวะไปแถวนั้น ก็กลับไปกิน แต่ร้านนี้ไปครั้งเดียว และครั้งสุดท้าย สำหรับเราไม่ประทับใจอะไรบ้าง เดี๋ยวจะบอกเป็นข้อๆไปค่ะ (เราลองทานราคาเริ่มต้น 299 net 350 ลองกินราคานี้ก่อน เพราะไม่อยากกินแล้วเฟล เผื่อว่ามันไม่อร่อย หรือมีข้อผิดพลาดตรงไหนค่ะ) ข้อเสียประเด็นหลักๆ 1.เตาย่าง ย่างเท่าไหร่ก็ไม่สุก ปรับไฟแรงสุด=ไหม้ 2.พอใช้เวลาย่างนานขึ้น=กินได้น้อยลง 3.มีเวลาให้ 1ชม30น. คือเวลาปกติ แต่เพราะเตาร้านมันร้อนแค่ตรงกลาง ทำให้รู้สึกว่าเวลากินของร้านนี้น้อยเกินไป 3.กว่าจะกินเสร็จ ก็ไม่ทันจบด้วยของหวาน เพราะ หมดเวลาก่อน 4.เวลาเรียกพนักงาน ต้องยกมือโบกไปมาเรื่อยๆ จนกว่าจะมีคนเห็น (พนักงานน้อย และ ต่างคนต่างมีหน้าที่เยอะแยะไปหมด) 5.เรื่องน้ำ ขอติ หวานเกินไป สังเกตว่าคนที่ไปเติมน้ำ หลายคนกดน้ำหวานครึ่งแก้ว และ เติมน้ำเปล่าอีกครึ่งแก้ว แต่แรกที่เห็น งง พอเจอกับตัวเอง เข้าใจละ กินหวานวันนี้ แถมฟรี เบาหวานไปด้วย ข้อดี 1.มีบุฟเฟต์หลายราคา เริ่ม299 ถือว่าไม่แพง ราคาเข้าถึงได้ง่าย 2.ร้านใหญ่ มีหลายโต๊ะ อื่นๆ 1.เนื่องด้วยเวลาไม่พอ ไม่สามารถรีวิวรสชาติอาหารและขนม ว่าอร่อยมั้ย 2.ของที่กินมา ถือว่า เฉยๆ ไม่ได้อร่อยว้าว และ ไม่ได้แย่ (บางอย่างติดเค็ม และไม่ใช่สไตล์เกาหลีที่ถูกต้อง) สาเหตุ ที่เลือกไม่ไปต่อกับร้านนี้ เพราะรู้สึก มีร้านที่ถึงจะราคาสูงกว่านี้ แต่เราได้รับทั้งคุณภาพ วัตถุดิบ รสชาติ และบริการที่ใส่ใจลูกค้ามากกว่า เตามันไม่แรงค่ะ แต่พนักงานบอก ลูกค้าทำไม่เป็น คืออะไรอ่ะคะ และสุดท้ายคือ เราไม่รู้ว่ากินอะไรจากร้านนี้แล้วทำให้อ้วกถึง 3 ครั้ง (ทั้งวันยังไม่ได้ทานข้าว ดังนั้นร้านนี้คือมื้อแรกของวัน) เราไปกับเพื่อน ทานไปได้ประมาณเกือบ1ชม อาการเราแย่ เราเวียนหัว และอยากอ้วกมากๆ จากนั้นก็อ้วกในห้องน้ำไป2รอบ และก่อนกลับอ้วกไปอีก 1 รอบ หมดไส้หมดพุงเลยทีเดียว สำหรับใครที่คิดว่า ราคานี้ ก็ได้เท่านี้แหละ ก็ตามสบายค่า เราคือผู้บริโภค ก็แค่หาร้านที่ตอบโจทย์ตามต้องการของเราค่ะ รู้สึกคิดถูกที่ไม่กินราคาแพงสุดของร้าน...
