Mango Tango — Restaurant in Pathum Wan Subdistrict

Not recommend for others to visit this shop. 1 star also don't want to give!!!!! What is the rules for 1 person need to order 1 dish, we have 6 person go there, waiter said that have to order min.4 dishes only can sit thr. But at that time, there are many seats. Can the person in charge give me know what rule is it?????? Ok, nvm~ We take away the desserts, but WHY have to wait outside the shop, when they preparing the dessert???? This what rule again???? Are you serve your customers like this????? We are not all of 6 persons wanna waiting inside the shop, there is only 1 person wanna waiting there???? Is it we all too fat, then will block your shop???? AND is it your shop famous enough??? Then can treat customer like this???? I think not only me and my friend faced the bad waiters and service!!!! Those who faced the same bad service, kindly give review here!!!!!!! Don't let other tourists meet the same service as us!!!!!!! I don't think your desserts is nice enough, night market's mango dessert better yours. BAD SERVICE & BAD WAITERS. What attitude they give us?????? I will post on my fb and blog said that this Mango Tango's cafe can't go due to all the BAD!!!!!! Especially the man waiter who serve us. He stand outside the shop at night!!!!! Avoid this place!!!

My family and I went in for a casual dessert and drinks after a full lunch, and we were hit with a minimum order requirement that was never mentioned upfront. We were a group of five, and after we'd already decided what we wanted, they insisted we order at least four dishes for five people, which felt totally unnecessary. The staff had a very bossy attitude, even after we explained that we were already full and just wanted something light.

One of my family members had to leave to pick up the extra dish they demanded. When it came time to pay, I used a larger note, and the boss insisted on a smaller note—even though they had small change available. The whole experience was unpleasant.

As for the mango dessert, it was extremely overpriced for something so basic. Honestly, it's not worth the price or the hassle. I won’t be coming back and totally not recommend it. Please go somewhere else for better...

I used to love Mango Tango, but my recent visit will be my last. The service was surprisingly unfriendly and unwelcoming. When my group of three arrived and only two of us placed orders, we were told we couldn't sit inside unless all three of us ordered. What's frustrating is that there was no posted policy indicating this requirement, making the experience feel arbitrary and unwarranted.

Additionally, I noticed a decline in the quality of the mangoes used in their dishes. The mangoes seemed under-ripe, lacking the natural sweetness they should have when ripe from the tree. For the prices charged, I expected better quality and flavor.

Given the disappointing service and food quality during this visit, I can't recommend this particular Mango Tango location. It's unfortunate to see a previously enjoyable spot change for the worse. Without improvement in both service and food quality, I won't...
