I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tonkotsu Ramen restaurant and I must say, it was one of the best ramen experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff, which immediately set the tone for a wonderful dining experience.

One of the highlights of the Ramen is their excellent noodles, which are all hand-made. As a ramen lover, I can truly appreciate the effort and care that goes into making these noodles. They were perfectly cooked and had a great texture, making them a perfect base for the rest of the dish.

My favourite ramen place in Bangkok. It is more on the expensive side, but I love the ramen here. They give you a decent amount of toppings with the ramen and the noodles are always cooked to the perfect texture. The fried dishes are really yummy too, my only issue is that they’re quite oily. But that’s to be expected and the texture is perfect done. I haven’t tried the Mazan ramen, but everything I’ve ordered has been delicious, would definitely recommend. Servers are attentive and service is quick, the decor and ambience is very nice. They can get really busy sometimes though and you may not get a seat if they are packed, but they don’t ever rush the patrons that are...

I'd say it's not bad, however, even though it's relatively inexpensive and looks cool when they bring you a huge rock bowl and pour the soup in it, it doesn't taste like miso much, and it's unsalted, with no salt on tables

I ordered not spicy ramen, and have shown the waitress the picture of the desired one, but got a super spicy ramen

But the biggest bummer to me was the fact that it almost didn't have any ingredients apart from some cabbage and half of an egg, almost no meat, so because of it the taste isn't very pronounced and quite bland, you don't really feel fed afterwards.
