The Pizza Company — Restaurant in Patong

BEWARE! THIS OUTLET IS SCAMMER

I am a tourist. I come to Thailand since many years and always love The Pizza Company. I have also bought Pizza Company Membership Card. Tonight I ate at outlet with my family (Wife and 3 Children): Pizza Patong Beach Front Invoice No: 270543-2-178294

The staff was supposed to honor my membership card and give me buy 1 get 1 pizza deal. But at the time of bill, they refused to honor my membership card by saying that it is fake or expired. So I had to pay them full bill amounting THB1466.00

I was not satisfied. Out of curiosity, I went to another Pizza Company outlet at Bangla Road, Patong and ask them to check my card. They scanned it and it was working.

Then I told them that the other shop has scammed me. They called the related outlet and they made them pay me my refund (It was very kind of them). When I went back to the outlet to get my money back, I asked the Manager that you are manager and you dont know how to scan a membership card!!! She still was not accepting what she did, rather she replied that "I have returned your money! Now go!!!!"

It was very bad experience that an outlet of The Pizza Company is scamming with the customers. First time this has happened to me!!!! And I was shocked.

Though I got my rightful amount back, but it took me and my family to walk a long way for 1 hr 30 mins and mental hassles also.

The Pizza Company should banned these type of culprit outlets that are ruining...

Some of the staff seem to be not fit for the job. Poor English skills, lack of self control plus being moody escalated in an argument over a +10 baht refill for a coke vs regular without refill option. The waitress refused to serve a refill to my wife because she thought we didn't order it, even though when asking for the bill it was clear we paid for it. Till the end the waitress argued and tried to defend herself instead of accepting that she made a mistake. Seeing here that more customers confirm unfit work staff in this place, I would recommend the management to put greater effort in removing staff like that. It is bad for business. Had no issue with the food so far, but because of the incident I will not return to this place for sure. We paid more than 3000 baht...

Good pizza parlor on the very busy Patong beach. There were too many customers and the staff seemed overwhelmed and confused. You had to go up and tell them if you wanted a small thing like sauce, cheese, a fork, refill your coke. The usual pizza choices, which are tasty and several side dishes as well. The bad thing is ALL their spaghetti choices in their menu is with pork, with no beef choices at all : PORK lasagne (???), PORK bolognese and so on, which is weird as many of their clients were of middle eastern origin. The spaghetti dishes come in smallish portions, so one plate is not enough if you are hungry. Prices are average, as pizza is expensive in Thailand. A good place to go if you fancy to eat some tasty pizza and don't mind...
