Staff members are very attentive and have significant understanding of what it takes to be a good barista. In addition, they may not only propose various cups of coffee for different coffee consumers, but they can also advise clients on Starbucks' array of serving wares-- tumblers and mugs. perfect example of green washing: no cash accepted for "the planet" so the service takes hours for nothing and if the queue is one customer long you'll wait a loooong time !!! but still 100% of the customers staying inside the branch will be offered plastic cups. unbelievable. staff is nice but don't understand...
