Hario Cafe Bangkok — Restaurant in Suriyawong Subdistrict

I use Hario for my drip coffee and have tried doing the Siphon method also, so I was excited to see this Cafe with a shop for Hario products. We came for breakfast around past 9am but the Shop for Hario products opens at 10am. We ordered drip coffee and their croissant ham sandwich and a pie. They were all good, except that I find the coffee not that warm enough anymore. The taste notes of the coffee we ordered was good, with a fruity note which we prefer, but if you don't like coffee with sour taste notes, you should ask the barista for recommendation, because different coffee beans have different taste notes and will also depend on the brew method you want to use.

Some seats need to be fixed, as you can see in one of my picture, it can hurt someone. After our breakfast we left and just came back for the Hario shop and had 2 more drinks, the baked apple cold brew and the Samui Brûlée which had a very interesting ingredients as described in the menu but it was not what we expected it to be. Looks good on photo but not in taste. If ever we go back, I will stick to the drip coffee instead and maybe request it to be warm enough when served. I also bought for take out their House blend, medium roast coffee beans. ( this is good, again with fruity notes) I hope next time the barista and other staffs will be more knowledgeable about the coffee beans that they are selling. This cafe has an amazing sober atmosphere in part for the type of customers I have encountered every time I visited this place and in part for the professionalism of the staff which makes it perfect for working on the laptop and casual business meetings, the slices of desserts were a little pricey in relation with the size, however I wanna highlight the cold signature flavours like the one with cream brulé or the seasonal flavour of pineapple and espresso, very refreshing, the hot latte was remarkable but I'm pretty sure there's more interesting brews and coffee varieties in the menu for anyone how wanna pay a little more for a little of extra quality in the coffee, in conclusion is a must try it you are nearby you need to work on your laptop and you like coffee but you are not...
