Nestled near the vibrant Khao San Road, Santi Indian Restaurant has been a beloved staple in Bangkok's culinary scene for over a decade. This charming eatery offers a delightful escape into the rich flavors and aromas of Indian cuisine, making it a must-visit for both locals and tourists alike.

From the moment you step inside, the warm ambiance and friendly staff create a welcoming atmosphere. The decor is a blend of traditional Indian elements and modern touches, providing a cozy yet vibrant dining experience.

The menu at Santi is extensive, featuring a variety of classic dishes that cater to all palates. Whether you’re a fan of spicy curries, fragrant biryanis, or freshly baked naan, you’ll find something to satisfy your cravings. The Chicken Tikka Masala is a standout, with tender pieces of chicken simmered in a rich, creamy sauce that’s bursting with flavor. The vegetarian options are equally impressive, with dishes like Paneer Butter Masala and Chana Masala showcasing the depth of Indian cooking.

One of the highlights of dining at Santi is the authenticity of the flavors. The spices are perfectly balanced, and you can truly taste the care and expertise that goes into each dish. The restaurant also offers a selection of Indian beverages, including refreshing lassi and aromatic chai, which complement the meals beautifully.

Prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and the generous portion sizes. Whether you’re dining solo, with friends, or as a family, Santi provides a satisfying experience that won’t break the bank.

In summary, Santi Indian Restaurant is a hidden gem near Khao San Road that has stood the test of time. With its delicious food, friendly service, and inviting atmosphere, it’s the perfect spot to indulge in authentic Indian cuisine. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Indian food or trying it for the first time, Santi is sure to leave you with a memorable dining experience. Highly...

This place is solid.

Nice family run restaurant with a nice atmosphere. You can sit there and watch the world go by as you eat delicious food.

The chapati tawa was tasty, had a nice wheat flavor and good bite.

The aloo samosa was another tasty treat, we really liked the thick tamarind sauce it was served with. The green chili sauce is also excellent.

The Vegetable curry is good, it’s tomato based and thickened with cashew. I’m not a fan of corn (which was one of the vegetables in the stew) and the curry, though delicious, was delicately spiced. But this is just a matter of preference, it tasted good.

Masala chai is excellent. It has a nice spice, I appreciate the hint of black pepper.

Nice people. Definitely worth a...

I have eaten here twice and the food was very tasty. I ate Paneer Butter Masala and Dahl Fry. I also had safron rice and Nan. The prices are very reasonable considering the high quality of the food. Honestly speaking, I think there is room for improving the taste of the Nan (seems to be lacking in taste a little), but it's just bread at the end of the day. I'll definitely eat here again while I am in Bangkok. Overall, I am very satisfied with the food...

Jeśli szukasz autentycznej kuchni indyjskiej w okolicach Khaosan Road w Bangkoku, ta restauracja to absolutny strzał w dziesiątkę! Oba były doskonale przygotowane – aromatyczne, z idealnie zbalansowanymi przyprawami i naprawdę dużą ilością mięsa. Smaki były głębokie, bogate, a każdy kęs przypominał autentyczne dania prosto z Indii. Do tego zamówiliśmy placki naan z masłem i czosnkiem, które były po prostu rewelacyjne – chrupiące z zewnątrz, miękkie w środku i z wyraźnym, lecz nieprzytłaczającym smakiem czosnku. To doskonały dodatek do aromatycznych sosów. To prawdziwa kulinarna podróż do Indii w samym sercu Bangkoku!
