Over the last few days exploring Bangkok I have visited this bakery three times for breakfast and am pleasantly surprised by their consistency and quality. I have tried their: Salmon sandwich, ham, cheese & tomato sandwich, Tomato bruchetta, Mushroom & white sauce bruchetta, Cherry pastry, And their ham and cheese croissant. All of the pastries and sandwiches were of good quality. The sandwiches are great, I highly recommend those, especially the salmon. The bruchettas are nice but nothing too special. The croissant was of normal Asian standard and the pastry was flavourful, yet not too sweet. Their matcha is unsweetened and you can sweeten it to your liking, they didn't mix it properly however so the latte was grainy. To add to that the (hot) latte was actually barely luke warm when she gave it to me. Their normal iced lattes are extremely strong and a tiny bit bitter. If you are in need of a caffeine punch, their coffees are a good match for you. Yet as an overall coffee quality they have room for improvement. Service is always kind and they have a system that works and you can clearly see that it does! I am happy I found this little gem on my first day there and was able to enjoy their pastries throughout my stay. I would highly recommend anyone to try their pastries. All their produce is also priced fairly and they bake new produce when they see it is needed.

đŸ„ heaven for bread lovers the prices
honestly beautiful. croissant for 37 baht, pain au chocolat for 40, most single breads go for 20–40 baht i tried the pain au chocolat and the mushroom white sauce bread and so on. the pain au chocolat was not too sweet, just a hint of bitter chocolate and the layers were so soft and buttery. but the real surprise was that mushroom white sauce one. it looked simple but the combo was amazing. the crusty baguette base was super crisp and the topping balance was just right way beyond expectations. seriously delicious ⚠ just a heads-up this place sells out fast. went around 2pm and some breads were already gone😭 #BangkokBakery

Good not great is how I would summarize this bakery. Nothing really wowed me about any of the baked goods which is why I don’t think it’s deserving of 5 stars. That being said they do have a pretty good variety of things from breads, baked goods, sandwiches, etc. I think there’s a lot of hype but everything I tried here I’ve had better elsewhere. Also know that it can get crowded and it’s a small place so you might not be able to get a seat at certain times of day.

Konnichipan Bakery is a small Japanese bakery located in a busy street in downtown Bangkok. As soon as you enter the bakery, you will be greeted with the heavenly aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries. The interior is cozy and minimalistic, with a few tables and chairs for those who want to enjoy their treats on-site.

The bakery offers a wide variety of bread and pastries, including sweet and savory options. Some of the popular items on the menu include the Japanese-style milk bread, the croissants, and the curry pan (a curry-filled pastry). All of the items are made fresh daily, so you can expect the bread and pastries to be soft and fluffy.

The staff at Konnichipan Bakery are friendly and welcoming, and they are always ready to answer any questions you may have about the products. They are also happy to make recommendations based on your preferences.

The prices at Konnichipan Bakery are a little bit higher than other bakeries in the area, but the quality of the products is definitely worth it. The bakery also offers a loyalty card, which gives you a free pastry after you have purchased 10 items.

Overall, Konnichipan Bakery is a must-visit for anyone who loves fresh, high-quality Japanese-style bread and pastries. The cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious treats make it a perfect spot for a quick snack or a relaxing break...
