Lovely wetherspoons in Bournemouth. Haven't been to the one across town, so I can't say it's the best, but the other one has a lot to live up to. Really nice internal look. Two floors with a nice layout, although it can look a bit mazelike. Has an outside area as well which is well guarded from the wind. Good selection of ciders, which is rare for any pub these days, let alone a wetherspoons. Food was good. However, what set it apart was that they actually put the extras in my burger as opposed to putting them on a side plate like every other wetherspoons I've been to. This may not sound like much, but to see such a mess delicately put together by them really impressed me. Overall, good wetherspoons. Very close to both the seafront and a whole host of other eateries and entertainment. Note, only put 20-30 per person as we were there about 3 hours.

Great pub just up from the seafront. Stopped here as they claimed to have a hidden roof garden . It's an enclosed area open to the elements that you walk out into from the upstairs bar surrounded by neighbouring buildings but it certainly could be a sun trap. Beers are a really great price and hugely cheaper than anywhere else near to the pier. £1.99 for a craft ale is amazing!!! Ok you don't have a view of the beach but there's the green at the front of the pub. We decided to grab a bite here and at the time we visited there was a manager's special on mixed grills. Small £4.99 and large £6.99 absolute bargain. Whilst some of our meat had possibly been kept warm my steak was actually cooked perfectly. It all tasted great and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Really great value for money and definitely worth a try if you're a serious meat eater.

Ran the Bournemouth 10k this morning and me and my friends decided a pint and breakfast was well deserved after. Ordered at 10:54 and received food at 11:42. Food was cold and came staggered so some of us had finished while others were still waiting. My food was scrambled eggs on toast, beans and hash browns - beans didn’t arrive so had to wait even longer for a portion of about 3 cold beans onto radioactive looking egg(if you can even call that egg). Confused at the delay on such a simple meal? Was asked if we were missing anything, felt like saying no just an hour of my life I won’t get back. Horror. Pint was lush though xxx

This Spoons is quite large and has two floors of seating plus an outdoor terrace seating area upstairs and some seating outside the front. I visited twice in the same day.

Ordered a vegan breakfast at approximately 1135 am(1 slice toast, 1 sunflower spread, 2 sausages, 1 tomato, 2 mushrooms, 2 hash browns, baked beans)with 1 extra hash brown, refillable drink and water. Only cost approximately £6.56. I helped myself to HP sauce, salt and pepper which are located next to the hot drinks...

As luck would have it I put a pound in the fruity and I only won the bloomin' jackpots. To celebrate I bought myself 10 pints of the Special, the out-of-date bitter, and sunk these with great pace as it was only £1.99 a pint and coincidentally I had an edge that I desperately needed to take off. I ordered a large fish and chips supper to line my notoriously sensitive stomach and complimented this with a nice bottle of German House white. At this point, I think I was quite violently sick...

If I could give a zero I would. We attended this place for food with family and friends. The first waitress passed me my food over my 7 months olds head in a highchair, which, when I toke was boiling hot without any warning at all. She could have came around to me but she didn't. The ice cream came out melted in WARM bowls, when we politely pointed it out and asked for a new bowl of ice cream it came out again melted in a warm bowl.
