Wow. That was disgusting. The service is awful. I genuinely felt like someone was holding a gun to their heads to make them work. I asked the girl at the counter if they make iced cappuccinos. She nodded three times without saying a word. Weird energy, but whatever — I still ordered.
What I got was a hot coffee with two sad ice cubes floating on top. That’s not iced coffee, that’s laziness. I paid 170 TL for this disaster. Didn’t even drink half of it.
She could clearly see I was unhappy. No one cared, no one asked. The bare minimum? Not even close. What’s crazy is they could do better. It’s not rocket science. But they simply don’t care.

The staff speaks great English, and the guy who served us was really smiling and friendly- it lit up my day- thank you so much if you're reading this. A really sweet guy.
I have no idea what the cake I bought was, but let me tell you it was succulent. Regarding the coffee, I have to say the cold brew is delicious, and I used to be a barista.
The place in itself is also wonderfully decorated and cute. Probably the best coffee shop in the district.
My only suggestion is maybe to give the straw with the cold brew when serving the customer and replace the plastic with paper.
Thank...
Read moreThis café is very cosy and inviting. Lots of pastries/ cakes available and in mini portions too! Loved it. Quite a wide variety of coffee and teas but I opted for the hot noir chocolate. Wonderful! There's a little terraced area above the counter with seating for 2 people (excluding the resident cat who sometimes naps there). You have to climb a very steep narrow staircase to get upstairs. The main seating area is around the counter and against the windows with some seating available outside as well. Great experience with pleasant baristas. I visited a few times during my stay in Istanbul. They close at 10:30pm. Very...
