This is a hidden gem! My boyfriend and I had to walk through a rug store and up a few flights of small winding stairs to get to the top. I was a bit sketched out at first because it was be the dark and the journey up seemed strange. Once we got there, we were greeted by a kind bartender who sat us in the top terrace.
