We went to this restaurant for dinner. Since we were traveling for our company we had a meal card that was possible to use at some restaurants. We asked at the door if we could use this meal card, they said yes. We then asked 2 times before ordering, the answer was yes again. Once the food was being served they came back and informed us that the card could not be used at their restaurant, despite them saying yes several times. This irritated us and made us feel scammed. We chose to stay and pay out of our own pocket, no problem. When we got the food it was a huge disappointment. I ordered a chicken curry for 475 lira, it was only a lot of curry and about 2 pieces of chicken, tasteless. Mind you, it is possible to get delicious chicken curry at other restaurant for 180-200 lira. When we got the bill we noticed that it was higher then it should have been. Many things was wrong with the bill, for example one of the Mezzes had been added for 350 lira when it said 150 lira on the menu. Luckily we checked and did not pay right away. Fine we said, everyone can make mistakes, but when we asked the server to correct it they had a very rude and disrespectful attitude. If you still chose to go to this restaurant I recommend that you check the menu and your...
Read moreIf you don't want to be charged more money than the real price, don't go here. our situation: we had dinner at their other restaurant, where they accept Eur, but can only return Lira. Then we asked the "owner" if he could possibly recommend a good shisha place, and of course his answer was yes, he could, and the shisha is the best there... well, here comes the black soup... he took us to his other restaurant, where we got a table, and then we asked how much the shisha was, and we got the answer that it was 1000 lira. I think this is an unrealistic price, not a fancy place where you have to pay for the "fancy place".. then we said that it is a lot and they said the lowest 600 lira.. obviously this sounds more favorable and we said that it is fine. I saw that the shisha is not even from them, but from Massa Bistro. Curiosity didn't let me rest, so I went to Massa Bistro and asked how much their shisha was, to which I got the answer that it was 500 lira, but if I sit down now it's 400 lira... it's outrageous that they could have given that Shisha 500 or 600 lira more expensive. So I don't recommend this...
Read moreOverall, my experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The fact that I was served the wrong type of meat in my dish is completely unacceptable. The staff's insistence that it was beef, despite the obvious taste of lamb, only added to the frustration.
The fact that the food arrived so quickly suggests that it was not freshly prepared, but rather reheated. This is unacceptable for a restaurant that claims to serve high-quality dishes.
Furthermore, the inconvenience of not being able to pay with a card, and having to leave the restaurant to withdraw cash, was a major inconvenience. This information should have been made clear before I sat down to eat.
To top it all off, the prices at this restaurant are far too high for the quality of food and service provided. The only saving grace was the beer and bread, which were the only enjoyable parts of my meal.
Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good...
