Great experience except for Julia the agency agent who coordinated our pickup; I will touch on her at the end. Side note to Kapadokya Balloons' owner: get rid of Julia asap. We flew on Oct 17th 2025 Friday morning for 90€ (euro) each person. We saw higher prices online on Book Your Guide so decided to walk around Göreme the day before our flight and found lower prices, with 90€ per person the best. Some people flying with us said they paid 290€ each. On our flight day we woke up early and were ready to be picked up at 6:15am as agreed with the agency agent Julia. We shared with her our location in Ürgüp before. Some time past after 6:15am and we tried to call her but Julia did not pick up her phone. We then texted her on whatsapp and were able to share some messages. It was already getting late and we were still not pickep up. Long story short, Julia started to raise her voice and asked for pictures of the place we were staying at. We sent a picture of it and resent our Google maps location pin not one but three time on whatsapp. She called again, more desperate and yelling that time asking for pictures. We did not know what she wanted at that point. She started to yell like a lunatic in broken english: "pictures please pictures it is so easy" she yelled. I yelled back at her, raised my voice in anger as my patience had reached its limit. I insisted that she had all she asked for, our location pin included, on whatsapp. We even get on our car and drove 200mts around our place to the main street looking for the van who was sent to pick us up but it was not around. We drove back to our place and waited a bit more until the drive finally came. The driver, whose name we heard to be "Arsher" or something like that, turned out to be a kind and polite person. He was advanced in age (possibly 70 yrs old or so) and rushed to pick us up, knowing we were late to get to the site where the ballons take off. He showed up at our place without a smart phone. No wonder why Google maps location pin on whatsapp was overlooked by Julia in first place. It was Julia's fault and her outrageous irresponsibility not to come along with the driver to pick us up, as he simply did not know how to use Google maps. "Arsher" the driver took us to the ballon and we had a wonderful experience, the driver, the flying crew were amazing, polite and welcoming. We had nice pictures and such a beatiful experience. Side note to Kapadokya Balloons' owner: get rid of Julia asap. She almost...

Review not so related to company but overall experience.
Some pointers:
Company offering better prices than competetors (or maybe agency I booked from) Smooth transportation✌️ Welcoming proffesional organized staff🎉 Very nice gentleman whose looking after guests in flight waiting room 🥰🫶🙏⭐️
Nice machine coffee but breakfast could be improved 🇹🇷🎄🎇 Proffesional pilot really nice and caring, just I wish that at some point he could turn balloon tiny bit around so all passengers could feel better and enjoy views..
Overall our flight happened to be on very bad weather and was postponed and late after sunrise.Even pilot seemed a bit disstressed and suprised that take-off was permitted. Cloudy grey misty morning and due to that shorter flight and well nothing what would you expect after seeing whole internet full of ballooying perfection.
Aswell our balloon ended in a corner of the valley and us on the wrong side of the basket with views to the mist🤭😃😕
If that happens to you, dont hesitate and ask the pilot to turn balloon a bit so everyone can enjoy the views and see other balloons. And yes pilots have control over that even though they try not to do it much due to safety I guess..
What you should take from this review is that NOT everyone will have the same experience. Weather/season/people/luck all plays part here.
Wanna better experience fly not on winter and book flight online early (getyourguide etc) and rechedule if flight is canceled and keep your expectations lower...
