All of the offered breakfast dishes are dishes that you might get for breakfast in a typical Turkish family. It’s a family run business, which you can tell by the efforts in quality and taste they make. All of the food is home made, organic and the place is clean. Especially the menemen - a classical Turkish egg breakfast dish and kizartma was so tasty like at home. They offer buffet for 600 per person. Safran Terrace restaurant is a gem in Goreme, Kapadokya! The views of the fairy chimneys are phenomenal! We had been there to have breakfast and we received such a warm welcome from the owner Dilek and her staff! Dilek makes all the scrumptious dishes herself right from the jams to the main dishes! We had Manti and it was so fresh and comforting! We also had lunch there, the famous Testi Kebab (clay pot oven) and it was delicious!
