Queen's Coffee — Restaurant in Göreme

“Queen’s Coffee” is connected to the neighboring “King’s Coffee” and looked very appealing from the outside – which is what drew us in. Unfortunately, the experience was a little bit disappointing. The prices are high (9 € for a pistachio cheesecake) and the cake didn’t taste (for us) convincing. On top of that, the owner started complimenting the women in our group (when we entered the café) on their eyes. The mushroom & cheese gözleme and pistachio latte were delicious. Also, the decor of the place is very, very cute and charming. If no one is in Queen’s Kitchen, just walk next door to ask to order if no one’s there when you walk in (they’re both owned by the same couple but I didn’t know that at first. There was no one there when I walked in, but thankfully the owner spotted me).
