NaN Bistro — Restaurant in Muratpaşa

They charged me on my birthday for a cheese cake which I didn’t even order! I was really disappointed with my experience. I had mentioned to the staff that it was my birthday but I didn’t request any desserts. At the end of the meal they brought a slice of cheesecake i hadn’t ordered, then THEY CHARGED ME FOR IT! I was looking forward to choosing a dessert that I liked and sharing a nice moment with my family but this unexpected experience soured the experience. It felt like they took away the chance to make my day feel personal, would have preferred it if they asked first. Food experience: I ordered noodles it was okay but nothing special-definitely not mind blowing Pizza you could tell it was grilled and not cooking in clay oven, it’s like what’s the point of going to a different country and having grilled pizza but whatever… And lastly penne, it wasn’t chilli at all but then again I didn’t request it to be chilli, you could tell the sauce wasn’t fresh.

Amazing service they lay out the table for you and give you complimentary bread before the meal. Drinks came first then starters then main meal it was the perfect system and really gave me that fine dining experience. They even come and ask you how the meal is which made me feel inclusive. The food was extraordinary and everything was so well seasoned. I seriously recommences the fettuccine Alfredo ( better than the ones back home in London honestly!) We saw the seating area and menu looked nice and went in. Unfortunately it was a total flop :(. The beetroot salad had literally no dressing, when I order a salad for 15 euros I expect a certain portion and taste, it was tiny and completely dry, when we gave them feedback they said we should've asked for balsamic vinegar 😅 We had high hopes for the jumbo shrimp which were completely overpriced for four (not so jumbo) pieces, and they came severely undercooked, fries were good and schnitzel was ok after we seasoned it ourselves.
