Starbucks — Restaurant in Muratpaşa

I recently visited the Starbucks in Antalya and had a very positive experience, largely thanks to the barista. She was incredibly friendly and lovely, even making a cute mistake by writing “Brain” instead of “Brian” on my cup (Brian is my Starbucks nickname). 🧠 It’s little moments like these that can make a visit memorable and delightful.

However, the manager’s attitude was a stark contrast. When I asked about the toilets, he responded in a very rude and dismissive manner, which was quite off-putting. 😒 It’s unfortunate because it somewhat marred the otherwise pleasant experience.

Despite this, the barista’s professionalism and kindness stood out, making the overall visit enjoyable. 😊 The manager could definitely learn a thing or two from her about customer service.

Overall, I’d like to extend my gratitude to the barista for her excellent service. 🙌 I hope the management takes note and strives to improve their interactions...

After standing around for a refund on the wrong order for over 15 mins I walked away out of pocket. I ordered 2 drinks and 2 croissants with butter and jam. I was given the drinks with a cheese croissant and a bread. I was the told they don’t do butter and jam. Asked for a refund and they didn’t give me a receipt or have one to find.
